WINGS aims address the challenges connected to employability and to Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Europe, with particular focus on the countries represented in the partnership – Italy, Spain and Bulgaria, where youth unemployment rates is higher than the EU average. To achieve the purpose of improving the quality of Work-Based Learning (WBL) by promoting transnational cooperation between educational institutions and companies, WINGS will develop the following set of innovative results and outcomes: – Common strategy for WBL, based on best practices collected at European level; – Training materials and manuals for Tutors/Trainers; – Micro-credential framework to certify competences developed in WBL; – MOOC platform for training Tutors/Trainers; – European Network for WBL. WINGS targets VET Providers, Teachers, and Learners, Tutors/Trainers, Companies/SMES and Third Sector organisations, and key stakeholders active in VET, such as European Associations and policy-makers.
