HETEL is a non-profit association that brings together 33 Vocational Training centers in the Basque Country .

Since 1987 we have worked with enthusiasm , honesty , solidarity and cooperation , to improve, enhance and lead vocational training from a social commitment, to benefit its network of centers, the people who participate in its vocational training system, companies and society in general, from a national perspective and with an international focus.

It was the first organization in the field of Vocational Training to obtain the silver A award for advanced management (2015).
