The Mafra Technical and Professional School was founded in the 2006/2007 academic year, creating credible solutions to the perceived need for secondary-level vocational education in the municipality of Mafra. Having begun its activities in one of Mafra’s most emblematic buildings, the Quinta da Raposa cultural complex, in 2008 it moved to a new building on Avenida Movimento das Forças Armadas, right at the southern entrance to the town of Mafra, after rehabilitation works. Today, ETPM continues to meet the municipality’s needs for this type of education and currently offers eight vocational training courses (level IV), and has also obtained authorization for the opening of a Type 3 Vocational Training Course (9th grade) for the 2018/2019 academic year.
In the 2020/2021 school year, we were awarded the EQAVET seal.
