Berufsbildende Schulen Wechloy der Stadt Oldenburg

The vocational schools in Wechloy are one of the four regional competence centers for vocational education in the city of Oldenburg (OLDB).

Our vocational school (BBS) was founded in 2001 as a result of a division of what was then the largest vocational school in Lower Saxony, BBS I Oldenburg.

We educate our 3,400 students in the fields of business, law, and administration. Our 120 teachers teach in 24 part-time vocational training programs and four full-time school programs.

As a European school, we promote the exchange of our students with international partners from 11 European and non-European countries.

We are closely linked to the economic and social development in our region and see ourselves as a reliable partner for everyone involved in vocational education.

The professional training and personal development of our students are central to our work. We place particular emphasis on responsible behavior as well as tolerance and fairness in dealing with others.
