Batumi Medical Academy is focused on training qualified and competitive specialists in healthcare and medical direction. Our values are team spirit, perseverance, innovation, educating specialists with high professional and ethical standards. Our vision is to constantly hold a leading position in the labor market of the region which is reflected in the training of qualified specialists and their constantly growing employment rates. The Academy has a modern infrastructure – the database (at Batumi “Med center’s” base), owns dental clinic, library, laboratories. The Academy has concluded agreements, memorandums of foreign professional institutions, medical and pharmaceutical institutions, and with employers. The Academy employs professional teachers. Batumi Medical Academy is constantly searching for novelties and actively participates in various events. In 2016, the Academy was given Certificate for participation in Conference carried by The First International Exhibition of Tourism, Hotel Equipment and Medical Tourism. The following strategic goals were defined for the implementation of the Academy’s mission: 1. Batumi Medical Academy represents the first private community vocational institution which has received “Vocational Education Award 2022”. Batumi Medical Academy is active member of Private Vocational College Association of Georgia and has received 5 Star recognition on Academy Rebranding and performance evaluation. BMA always supported the new reform systems and initiatives in the TVET and National Quality Center of Georgia has publicly recognized it’s support and has mentioned academy on a specially designed “THANK YOU” letter. The academy has a high rate of employment of graduates in the professional direction, on average 80-90%.
