The United Group

The United Group was founded in 2003 by Mr. Rakesh Chandra Balooni and Mrs. Sangita Balooni. The group is active in the field of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and skill development. It comprises several entities, including TDS Placements and Services Pvt. Ltd., SSD Global Associates, TDS Industry, Honesty Engineering, and T3S Foundation (a non-profit organization). The group operates across India and abroad, providing services such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), payroll, temporary staffing, contract manpower, and off-roll employment.

Our goal is to develop job-ready skills aligned with the evolving needs of industries. To this end, we offer training programs in IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, manufacturing, safety management, horticulture, facility management, corporate training, and warehouse management.

With over 250 employees and more than 22,000 outsourced workers associated with the group, we serve various companies and government departments. The United Group does not charge candidates any fees, ensuring equal opportunities for all.
