Bursa Mimar Sinan Sectoral Center of Excellence is a pioneering institution in vocational and technical education located in Yıldırım, Bursa, Türkiye. Operating within the framework of a vocational high school specializing in Metal Technologies, the center aims to enhance educational quality, strengthen cooperation with industry, and support the continuous professional development of teachers. Aligned with EQAVET standards, our center integrates innovative pedagogical approaches and state-of-the-art industry technologies, such as CNC systems, powder metallurgy, welding standards, and composite materials. We offer customized training modules and hands-on learning experiences designed in collaboration with sector leaders like Durmazlar, Çimtaş, and SİFF Elektromekanik.The center prioritizes lifelong learning by organizing in-service training programs, mentorship from industry experts, and national/international mobility opportunities. Our strategic goals include aligning curricula with labor market needs, supporting teacher competence in both technical and pedagogical areas, and promoting inclusive, modern, and sustainable educational practices.We actively cooperate with universities, NGOs, and companies, including Bursa Technical University and the Öğretmen Akademisi Vakfı, to foster digital skills, international collaboration, and innovation in VET. Through our communication and sustainability plan, we ensure visibility, stakeholder engagement, and long-term impact.
